Round the regions: modernising healthcare in Ayrshire

Bob shares his journey in managing a growing patient population, expanding from 12,500 to over 18,000 patients. He discusses the challenges and successes of integrating new practices, especially during the pandemic.

He explains how his practice adapted the system to manage patient demand effectively, balancing online and face-to-face consultations.
